More of your favourite classes added to the Semester 1 Group Fitness Timetable
The Group Fitness timetable for Semester 1 will take effect from 27 February, 2017, and includes changes to accommodate the increasing demand for our most popular classes.
At Clayton campus, Functional Fitness (Tues 4.30pm), Body Pump (Wed 4.30pm), Pilates (Wed 7.30pm) and Body Step (Tues 1.05pm) have new class time slots added to the Semester 1 timetable for 2017.
Our classes running at Caulfield campus have some new time slot changes, with Punch & Crunch (Mon 6.30am, Thurs 6.30am), Abs (Thurs 1.10pm) and Body Pump (Wed 5.30pm) only some of the new additions.
Peninsula only has the one new class this semester, with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) held Thursdays at 4.30pm.
