Following on from the amazing success of the Run Monash at Clayton campus, we are pleased to announce that Run Monash Caulfield will be launching on Monday October 23 at 6pm.
The Run Monash groups offer running training in a fun and friendly environment to keep you motivated and healthy whilst improving your running speed, technique and endurance. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities (including those who may have a disability), backgrounds and experience.
Membership, training and coaching is open to everyone and is completely FREE!
Training for Run Monash Caulfield is on Monday evenings at 6pm, leaving from the foyer of Building S at Caulfield campus. The session will utilise the East Caulfield Reserve, Caulfield Race rack and Caulfield Park.
